ESD Worksurface Mats are available as ESD General Purpose Mats, ESD High Temperature Mats, ESD Rubber Mats, ESD Soldering Mats, and ESD Vinyl Mats. They are made of rubber or vinyl material with ESD properties. They are also known as ESD Table Top Mats.
ESD Foam Mats are made in the USA. They are designed for use in front of computer keyboards and technicians working on static sensitive electronic components. These ESD foam mats are made with an added PVC foam layer which provides comfort. The surface resistivity is 107 to 9 x 108. They are available in blue color.
General Purpose ESD Mats are made in the USA. They are made of a single layer homogenous polymer mix with ESD properties. The surface resistivity is 109 to 1010. They are available in blue and gray color.
ESD High Temperature Mats - USA are made in the USA. They are mader from two layers of elastomer designed for table top or workstations. The top layer is static dissipative rubber laminated to a conductive bottom rubber layer. They offer excellent resistance to heat, oil, grease, and most common solvents. They are available in blue and gray color.
ESD High Temperature Mats are made of a static dissipative rubber layer laminated at the top and a black conductive rubber layer at the bottom. Rtg is 8 x 106-8 and Rtt is 2 x 106-8. They are available in blue, gray, and green colors.
ESD Rubber Mats are .060" thick and have two layers. The top one is a blue, static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Rtg is 107 to 109 and Rtt is 103 to 105. They are available in blue color.
