Bertech's Masking Discs are made of blue or green color polyester material, amber color in Polyimide and Beige in Crepe material with pressure sensitive adhesive that can be removed easily. They are primarily used in electronic and industrial applications to temporarily mask components or surfaces.

Green Masking Discs are made of 2 mil thick polyester film and 1.5 mil thick silicone adhesive with a primer in between. They can be removed cleanly without leaving any residue. These discs are packaged on a 3" core.

High Temperature Masking Discs are made of 1 mil thick Polyimide film with 1.5 mil thick silicone adhesive. These masking discs are reliable and durable with a unique combination of electrical, thermal, chemical and mechanical properties that withstand extreme temperatures, vibration, and other demanding environments. They are packaged on a 3" core.

Solder Wave Masking Discs are also known as Wave Solder dots. They are ideal for use in wave soldering process to mask sensitive components and high temperature paint operations. They are made from crepe paper with rubber adhesive that can be removed cleanly without leaving any residue. They can withstand molten solder for 5-8 seconds at 500° F.
