ESD Anti-Static Vinyl Mats are manufactured from a gray, homogeneous solid vinyl construction featuring a buried conductive layer that ensures consistent and reliable electrical properties across the entire surface. The surface resistivity of these mats can be directly measured using standard surface resistance meters, allowing for easy verification of ESD performance and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Commonly referred to as ESD Three-Layer Mats, these mats provide a static dissipative, flexible work surface designed for environments handling static-sensitive devices. They are considered our highest-quality ESD mats, offering excellent durability and long-term stability for maintaining an ESD-safe environment. Suggested service temperature is from -20 degrees F to 160 degrees F. They are available in 2 foot, 2.5 foot, 3 foot, and 4 foot widths. A standard roll is 50 feet long. Also available in blue color.
